Terms of publication

Terms and Conditions for Publication

Researchers wishing to publish must fully comply with the following methodological, technical, and ethical guidelines:

1. Originality and Prohibition of Redundant Submission:

The material submitted for publication must be entirely original, previously unpublished, and not simultaneously under consideration elsewhere. The author must submit a signed declaration to this effect. The author is strictly prohibited from submitting the manuscript to any other journal while the peer-review process is ongoing. If officially notified of a rejection, the author is free to submit the manuscript to any other journal. Furthermore, the submission must be an original work and not part of a published book; if it is derived from an academic thesis (Master's or Doctoral), this must be clearly stated upon submission.

2. Academic Integrity and Plagiarism Prevention:

All submitted manuscripts are screened using advanced plagiarism detection software to ensure originality. The journal stipulates that the total text similarity rate must not exceed 20%, provided that citations from a single source do not exceed 2%. Authors must adhere to established scholarly standards for citing sources and documenting quotations, and submit their research fully formatted in accordance with the journal's author guidelines.

3. Peer Review Policy:

The journal adopts a double-anonymous peer review system to ensure objectivity and independence. To preserve the integrity and transparency of the international evaluation process, authors are strictly prohibited from suggesting or nominating preferred reviewers at any stage of the submission process, whether through the online platform or via any other communication channel.

4. Authorship Criteria and Credits:

The list of authors must strictly include only those individuals who have made a substantial intellectual, scientific, or professional contribution to the conception, design, execution, or interpretation of the study, and who share joint responsibility for the manuscript. The order of authorship and publication credits must accurately reflect the actual extent of each individual's contribution.

5. Mandatory Submission Files (Five Separate Files):

To ensure the integrity of the anonymous peer review process and full compliance with transparency standards, authors are required to upload five separate files via the journal's online submission system:

File 1: Article Metadata: Includes the research title, abstract, keywords, full names of all authors, institutional affiliations, professional email addresses, and the active Open Researcher and Contributor ID (ORCID ID) for each researcher.

File 2: Anonymized Main Manuscript: A Word document containing the complete text of the research (introduction, methodology, results and discussion, tables/figures, and reference list). This file must be completely free of authors' names, affiliations, or any self-citations that might reveal their identity. The text must be formatted in 12-point Simplified Arabic with 1.0 line spacing for Arabic submissions, and 12-point Times New Roman for English and French submissions, using a custom paper size (16 x 23.5 cm). The manuscript should not exceed 20 pages (approximately 6,000 to 8,000 words). However, the Editorial Board retains the flexibility to accept longer papers for in-depth empirical studies or comprehensive systematic reviews.

File 3: Title Page: A separate document containing the full title of the article in its original language alongside an accurate English translation, the full names of the authors, academic ranks, precise institutional affiliations, professional email addresses, and active ORCID IDs.

File 4: Abstract and Keywords: Contains a structured abstract that satisfies the core requirements of scientific reporting (highlighting the objectives, methodology, sample/participants, instruments, and key findings). The abstract must be between 150 and 250 words, written as a single continuous paragraph.

File 5: Author Contribution Statement: A dedicated file detailing each researcher's role. Authors' names must be listed in a structured table mapping out their specific contributions from the initial draft through to the final version.

6. Empirical Study Methodology:

For empirical and field studies, authors must adhere to the internationally recognized methodological structure: statement of the research problem, methodological procedures, research design and sampling, instruments and statistical analysis, followed by the presentation and discussion of results.

7. Citation and Reference Formatting (APA Style):

The journal officially adopts the American Psychological Association (APA Style Manual) for citation and referencing. In-text citations must include the author's surname, publication year, and page number(s) within parentheses. The reference list at the end of the paper must be arranged alphabetically. To comply with Scopus, DOAJ, and ERIH PLUS indexes, all bibliographic references must be written exclusively in Latin characters. Authors submitting papers with Arabic references must transliterate the Arabic source details phonetically into Latin characters, provide the official English title of the reference (if available) or an English translation in square brackets, and append the phrase "(In Arabic)" at the very end of the reference entry.

8. Copyright and Self-Archiving:

The journal operates under a Gold Open Access policy. Authors retain unrestricted copyright and publishing rights to their work. Authors are permitted and actively encouraged to self-archive all versions of their articles—including the preprint (submitted version), the postprint (accepted author manuscript), and the final published Version of Record—in institutional repositories, university repositories, or on personal websites immediately upon publication without any embargo period.
